In the post-flood period, how do the local residents face with broken homes? The government is making efforts to to enable the flood victims to get rehabilitated and return to normal life. At this moment, both residents and authorities should focus on providing water and sanitation to prevent from outbreak of infectious disease, not discussing who takes responsibility for this ?
